HIGH-PRECISION CONTACTLESS CARD READER EQUIPPED WITH POWER SAVING TOOL

摘要

PURPOSE: A contactless card reader equipped with a power saving tool is provided to reduce power consumption by detecting approach of a contactless card with a high accuracy and selectively performing a reading operation. CONSTITUTION: An antenna(10) transmits/receives an RF(Radio Frequency) signal. An oscillator(11) generates the RF signal for operating the contactless card(1). A reading module(12) reads data by transmitting the RF signal generated from the oscillator to the outside through the antenna and receiving the signal from the contactless card. A matcher(13) performs impedance match between the antenna and the RF signal which is generated from the oscillator and the reading module. A reading controller(14) transmits the RF signal generated from the oscillator to the outside through the antenna and operates the reading module when the signal matched with the RF signal is received from the contactless card.
