PURPOSE: A bladder fixing apparatus is provided to enable a bladder cap to be engaged with a top-ring shaft in a safer, more convenient, faster manner without being unfastened due to swelling of a bladder. CONSTITUTION: The bladder fixing apparatus comprises: a bladder(220); a top-ring shaft(210) inserted into the bladder(220) and having a concave portion; a bladder cap(270) for fixing the bladder(220) and the top-ring shaft(210), the bladder cap(270) having a convex portion detachably fitted into the concave portion formed in the top-ring shaft(210), thus tightly fixing the top-ring shaft(210); a rolling cylinder(260); a back control(250); and upper and lower clamp rings(230,240).
