The method involves analyzing/identifying surface of elementary zones by comparing its visual appearance with surfaces visual appearance model, and identifying surface that are to be processed or not to be processed. The representation of the surface to be processed is used to generate movements, and the entire surface to be processed is discovered at the time of the movements. An independent claim is also included for a mobile device for the achievement of a task on a determined surface zone.
