The device has a friction lining (127) to establish and remove link between inertial masses (3, 13) in a clutched and declutched position, respectively. The inertial mass (13) is mounted in a rotation that is opposite to the inertial mass (3), which is rotated with a crankshaft (7) around an axis (9), during the clutched position. The inertial mass (13) is mounted in free of rotation during the declutched position.
