The device has a measurement block (10) connected to an information processing system (24) using a connector (26). The block fixed on a clutch pedal, has a memory (20) and a pressure sensor (16) measuring an effort of clutch applied on the pedal. A position or displacement sensor of the block measures a variation of the effort applied on the pedal, as a function of the pedal position.
