The device has multiple modules (1), each with a watertight case. The case has two glazed sides, where one side is exposed to solar radiation. A fluid (4) circulating in a core (2) absorbs and restores heat, for rendering the heat to a swimming pool/exchanger. The core with an inlet (24) and outlet (25) is placed at the case interior such that overheated air (14) exchanges the heat to the side unexposed to the radiation.
