The device has two food reservoirs with orifices that cooperate with each other to fill utensil. The reservoirs have an airtight cover that ensures constant moisture inside the reservoir. An electric motor fixed at an end of a helicoids screw of a mobile food dispensing unit by a cam allows tilting of a semi-cylindrical part. An automatic programming mechanism allows owner to record time for dispensing the food.
