Combined therapy against tumors comprising substituted acryloyl distamycin derivatives and alkylating agents

Disclosed herein is a combined use of acryloyl distamycin derivatives, in particular a-bromo- and a-chloro-acryloyl distamycin derivatives of formula (I), as set forth in the specification, and an alkylating agent, in the treatment of tumors. Also disclosed is the use of the combination in the treatment or prevention of metastasis or in the treatment of tumors by inhibition of angiogenesis.
