The device has a reinforcement (4) on which covering modules are fixed. The covering modules have a row of covering units of same nature and different natures respectively placed in different combinations by a lateral and longitudinal stopping of modular supports (1). The modules have a solar sensor connected with a multi-conductor of the support and a wind mechanism fixed in a hollow part of a hollow covering unit. The hollow covering unit has deflectors (26) for deflecting wind on blades of the wind mechanism and an opening for evacuating the air from the modules.
