PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently transfer heat to a back empty space so as to exhaust heat by radiation in a heat control system which transfers heat released from an apparatus to an empty space behind an apparatus mounting panel for exhausting heat by radiation. SOLUTION: A heat sink 6 is integrally formed with an insert 5 where the equipment is mounted and provided on the back side of the equipment mounting panel. Heat conducted to the apparatus mounting part of the insert 5 from the apparatus is transmitted to the heat sink 6 by the internal heat conduction of the insert 5, dispersed into the heat sink in an in-plane direction by the internal heat conduction of the heat sink 6, and exhausted from the surface of the heat sink 6 so that the apparatus mounting part of the insert 5 drops in temperature.
