PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical supply device which can be used regardless of the form of a wash basin and also is capable of stably supplying a chemical. SOLUTION: This chemical supply device is arranged to a hand wash basin at the upper portion of a water storage tank of a water closet and is constituted to supply a chemical into the water storage tank together with water supplied to the hand wash basin; and this device comprises a chemical container 1 having a mouth piece formed at the bottom end and containing a chemical; a supporting body 2 arranged above the hand wash basin and supports the chemical container 1; a discharge portion 31 equipped with a discharge hole 311 discharging a chemical from the bottom side of the supporting body 2 with the top portion connected to the mouth piece 11 and a guide member 23 is provided, which is extended downward from the supporting body 2 so as to guide a chemical discharged from the discharge hole 311 which contacts or comes closer to the discharge portion 31 near the discharge hole 311.
