PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrophilic antifouling transparent sheet which can prevent the retention or back flow of soil from being caused by extremely high water wettability of a surface. SOLUTION: In this transparent sheet, a water guiding structure, which is formed in such a shape as to guide water, is provided on the surface of the transparent sheet made hydrophilic by a photocatalyst-containing layer and a hydrophilic coating film, so that the soil-containing water flowing down along the surface can be prevented from flowing back and so that hydrophilic antifouling performance can be sufficiently exerted. In the water guiding structure, both lateral ends of a protrusive shape or those of a groove structure are connected together so as to be laterally elongated in a strip shape. Thus, the retention or back flow on the surface is prevented; the soil-containing water is properly discharged; and the surface can be kept fine. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
