PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the heat load in the circumferential direction with which the flowing rate of pulverized fine coal is uniformized according to the flowing speed and the concentration with an electrostatic capacity type flowmeter and the blowing is intermittently performed in the direction at the reverse side to the direction of high heat load. SOLUTION: The heat load control method in the circumferential direction of a blast furnace in the blowing of the pulverized fine coal, is performed, with which the electrostatic capacity type flow-meter (7) arranged in a blow-pipe (6), is used and the blowing amount is uniformized by detecting the flowing rate from the flowing speed and the concentration, and the intermittent blowing is performed in the direction at the reverse side to the direction of the high heat load based on the data measuring the heat load at each direction.
