PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the productivity in a purification process of an acrylic acid by preventing a polymer from attaching at the inside of a purification device in the purification of the acrylic acids. SOLUTION: This device for distilling and purifying acrylic acids including acrylic acid and its esters is equipped with a distillation column 10 supplied with liquid containing the acrylic acids, taking out steam from the top of the column and taking out liquid from the bottom of the column, a condenser 20 connected with the top side of the distillation column 10, supplied with the steam taken out from the distillation column, condensing the steam, refluxing a part of the condensed liquid to the distillation column 10 and taking out the rest of the condensed liquid, and a reboiler 30 connected with the bottom side of the distillation column 10, supplied with the liquid in the distillation column 10, heating/boiling the supplied liquid and returning it to the distillation column 10.
