PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a towel hanger composed of a wall mounting member for fixing onto the wall surface, a cylindrical ring mounting member that covers the wall mounting member, and a ring or bar shaped towel rail member that does not require any specific part for preventing oscillation of the towel hanger section, that the oscillation preventing section does not obstruct the installing work of the towel hanger, and that the installation work can be done with ease. SOLUTION: The towel hanger is composed of the wall mounting member for fixing onto the wall surface, the cylindrical ring mounting member that covers the wall mounting member, and a ring-shaped member of which one section is notched. The both ends of the notched section abuts on the front end of the wall mounting member to integrally form the stop oscillation section that prevents the oscillation of the ring member.
