Remedies for various diseases which are in the form of eye-drops, eye washes , etc. containing sex steroid hormones such as estrogen or its metabolite, derivatives thereof, structural analogs thereof, estrogen agonists, SERM or non-feminizing estrogen (non-hormonal estrogen). Thus, remedies for diseases to be applied to the eye which have excellent therapeutic effects with relieved side effects can be provided.
