<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out rapid and certain damage diagnosis from a far place without facing restriction by the traveling state of a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: When the actual traveling state coincident with a predetermined rule information representing the state of the vehicle 2 is generated in the object vehicle, the remote damage diagnosis system detects the actual traveling state in the object vehicle and memorizes the information representing the detected actual traveling state.
