<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new component applied machine management system which improves the accuracy of information on a first-made machine on which new components are mounted. <P>SOLUTION: The new component applied machine management system is provided with an actual first-made machine information inputting function 16 which inputs information on a work 60a in which new components 61a are first mounted as actual first-made machine information, when the components to be mounted on a work 60 are changed from old-type components 61 to the new-type components 61a due to a change in design or the like in a production plant where the production is made by letting the work 60 continuously flow on a production line 50; a first-made machine information predicting function 15 which predicts information on the work 60, on which the new-type components 61a are first mounted, as predicted first-made machine information from work 60 production plan information 12 and old-type component 61 stock information 13; a comparing function 17 which compares the actual first-made machine information with the predicted first-made machine information; and a warning function 18 which issues a warning when the actual first-made machine information does not match with the predicted first-made machine information in the comparison made by the comparing function 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
