PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning system for individually or collectively operating a plurality of air-conditioning apparatuses operable by a user without mistaking the air conditioning apparatus of an operation object. SOLUTION: This system is constituted so that user identification information composed of user ID and a password is inputted from an operation terminal, and is sent to an air-conditioning control device via a communication control part 340 for the air-conditioning control device from a control part 310. The air-conditioning control device authenticates the user by an authentication control part 211 of a control part 210, and can operate the air-conditioning apparatus 253 registered in response to this user identification information when coincides. An operation command from the operation terminal is sent to the operable air-conditioning apparatus 100 via the control part 210 of the air-conditioning control device.
