PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a good insert article by preventing generation of flash even if the dimensions of the insert article differ within the limits of tolerance dimensions. SOLUTION: An insert pressing piece 5 has a pressure-applying means to always press the insert article 11 independently of the variation of diameter dimensions of the insert article 11. The pressure-applying means 20 is an elastic body urging the insert pressing piece 5 toward the insert article 11, e.g. a helical compression spring, and is attached to a housing recessed portion 41 formed so that the upper portion of the insert pressing piece 5 can project to the upper die 4.
