PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reproducing apparatus surely cuing a head track even in a multi-session disk of nonstandard type and performing reproducing processing of high reliability. SOLUTION: This reproducing device has a judging part 11 judging whether a disk is a regular multi-session disk or not based on whether an address arrangement of read-in is the prescribed address or not when a disk is read out and information indicating existence of the next session is included in management information included in read-in of a first session, and reproducing parts 11, 1 in which a disk is treated as a disk of single session when it is judged that the disk is not a disk of a regular multi-session, and which reproduces information in the disk.
