PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic components casing for an outdoor machine, an outdoor machine unit and an air conditioner, capable of evenly cooling electronic components, and preventing the intrusion of water. SOLUTION: In this electronic components casing for the outdoor machine mounted inside the outdoor machine unit of the air conditioner and accommodating the electronic components for controlling the operation of the outdoor machine unit inside, a suction port 54 for the air cooling the electronic components, is formed at the side wall part of the casing, and an exhaust port 55 for the air cooling the electronic components, is formed on a side wall part of the casing, in opposition to the suction port 54.
