PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary combined cooker of high usability, utilizing the steam, capable of heating the food without impairing the original shape and taste of food, free from the dew condensation, and dispensing with the effluent treatment. SOLUTION: This combined cooker comprises a steam generating means 11 for supplying the steam of arbitrary temperature and humidity, a microwave generating means 10 and a control means 19 for controlling them in a cooking compartment 9. The microwave heating is performed while supplying the steam of the temperature and humidity not generating the dew condensation on a wall face of the cooking compartment, whereby the defects of the microwave heating that the food is rather dried can be compensated by the humidification by the steam of proper temperature and humidity, and the heating from a surface by the latent heat of the steam, and the food can be delectably and moistly finished without adverse effects by the dew condensation.
