PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeder of small number of component and simple structure having a return lever which is not locked, a recorder having the feeder, and a liquid injector. SOLUTION: The feeder 3 comprises a work stacking part 15 located on the upstream side of a feed passage of works, a separation/feed means 20 capable of separating the works stacked on the work stacking part 15 unit by unit and feeding the works to the downstream side, a return lever 17 turnable around a supporting point 16a having an operational part 17c to return the work stopped to the separation/feed means by the separating action of the separation/feed means 20, and a cam 72b to drive the return lever 17. In the feeder 3, if the position of the operational part 17c provided on the return lever 17 is fixed when the cam 72b drives the return lever 17, the return lever 17 is moved together with the supporting point 16a.
