PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper delivery tray capable of easily taking out sheet in a constantly excellent manner when a large number of sheets are delivered and stocked. SOLUTION: Sheets with an image formed thereon by an image forming apparatus are delivered into a paper delivery tray 18 via a sheet delivery port. The paper delivery tray has a bottom surface part 18a on which sheets are successively stacked, and a regulation part 18c which is provided on an outer edge of the bottom surface part to regulate the position of the sheets delivered onto the bottom surface part. A part of the bottom surface part forms a movable piece part 183, and a part of the regulation part forms a movable part 185, and is turnable around the outer edge of the bottom surface part. When the movable part is turned in a predetermined direction, the movable piece part is turned in the direction for forming a clearance between the bottom surface part and the sheets by a connection member 18d with respect to the bottom surface part.
