PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fender structure of a vehicle for reducing falling of water splash scattering from a tire toward a splash guard on the tire again and suppressing generation of water splash. SOLUTION: This fender structure comprises an inner fender 1 having an outside part 1a extended from a vehicle width outer end part to a substantially lower side, while covering a substantially lower side from an upper side of an outer periphery of the tire, and the splash guard 2 having an upper plate 2b having a base end part 2a fixed to the outside part 1a and extended from the base end part 2a to the vehicle width outside and a vertical plate 2c extended from the vehicle width outer end part of the upper plate 2b to the substantially lower side. A lower end of the outside part 1a is bent at an acute angle to the vehicle width outside to have a gap between the lower end and the vertical plate 2c, while being located on a lower side of the upper plate 2b and on an upper side of a lower end of the vertical plate 2c over the entire length of a vehicle front and rear direction of the inner fender 1. Water splash scattering in an obliquely upward direction from the tire toward the splash guard 2 reflects on the vertical plate 2c, springs up, is accumulated in a bent part 1b of the outside part 1a and is discharged to the front of the tire.
