PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel amusement device allowing a user, regardless of age and sex, to easily enjoy or to provide an apparatus, a device or an ornament allowing the user to absorb or effectively use knowledge and to enjoy a hobby of making poems. SOLUTION: On this 45-51-syllable satirical poem board, character piece sets selected from all the 51 kana characters of the syllabary index table (table of letters) are disposed in character frames. The approximately flat board 1 is so constituted that a line of a common character frame line 4a comprising N number of character frames 2 of arbitrary prescribed shapes and four lines of left/right character frame lines 4b comprising (n) number of character frames are disposed into an approximately symmetric and facing type >-< shape, and the relation of the total number of character frames from 45 to 51, where (n) and N are set to integer, satisfies 2n+N=7+7+7+5=26;45≤4n+N≤51. This poem board is constituted in such a form or a design that sets of character pieces 3 expressing the 51 kana characters 3a are attached and the character pieces can be disposed on the character frames on the board.
