PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and easily wash polishing grains in a polishing grain replacing device which recovers and replenishes the polishing grains from/to a lifting device which polishes pachinko balls. SOLUTION: The polishing grain replacing device is provided with a suction switching valve 30 for switching and connecting a polishing grain suction hose 53 and a tank 20 for replenishment to a tank 10 for recovery, a discharge switching valve 50 for switching and connecting a polishing grain supply hose 78 and a sucking hose 60 to a blower 17, and a washing machine 80. The exit of the tank for the recovery and the tank for the replenishment are connected to the washing machine by a discharge hose 61 and the sucking hose 60, and the exit of the tank for the replenishment is connected to the polishing grain supply hose 78 via a jet nozzle 70. By the combination of the changeover of the suction switching valve and the discharge switching valve, in addition to the recovery and replenishment of the polishing grains from/to the lifting device, the respective processes of feeding the polishing grains from the tank for the recovery to the washing machine, washing them, drying them and sucking the polishing grains from the washing machine to the tank for the replenishment are automatically performed.
