PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discriminate abnormality that one of actuators 8 and 9 continues to be driven when a back part 2 and a knee part 4 that consist a bed floor part 1 are single activated for controlling the raising and the lowering of the bed floor part 1 by driving in series the actuators 8, 9 that correspond to each other actuater 8 or 9 including the activation of both and the single activation of each. SOLUTION: The area is detected whether it is a single driving area or not and when it is discriminated that it is a single driving area a sensor 11 or 12 detects the driving of the other actuator 8 or 9 and in the case of driving the actuater is identified as irregular.
