LINEAR MOTOR

摘要

A linear motor in which field permanent magnets (2) are arranged at a constant pitch on a field core (1) while alternating the polarity. An armature (3a) functioning on the mover side is disposed oppositely to the pole face of the field permanent magnets (2) through a magnetic air gap. The armature (3a) comprises an armature core forming tees and yoke parts by punching an electrical sheet into comb teeth shape where a plurality of tees (4u, 4v, 4w) of the armature core are wound, respectively, with coils thus forming armature windings (5u, 5v, 5w). Tees (6a) being wound with no coil are arranged, respectively, between the tees (4u, 4v) being wound with coils and between the tees (4v, 4w) being wound with coils wherein the tees (4u, 4v, 4w) being wound with coils and the tees (6a) not being wound with coils are arranged alternately.
