<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which verifies if an analyzing means and a layout means normally function, without depending on visual observation in a detailed manner. <P>SOLUTION: The analyzing means for analyzing a document written in a structured tag language and extracting object for structuring an image and the layout means for determining a drawing position of each object in an image and outputting drawing command information for drawing the object at the position are intended by the technology. A function verifying system is equipped with: a reference information storing means for storing drawing command information (reference information) which is used as a reference of function verification by the analyzing means and/or the layout means about a predetermined document; and a comparing means for comparing the drawing command information output by the layout means and the reference information stored by a reference information storing means about the predetermined document, and for detecting and outputting difference about each drawing command, when functions of the analyzing means and/or the layout means are changed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
