PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer tomographic apparatus capable of easily calibrating the center of rotation.

SOLUTION: The computer tomographic apparatus is equipped with a center-of-rotation calculation part 23 for taking the correlation of the transmission data at a plurality of points with the transmission data at a plurality of points determined by setting the imaginary center of rotation and a plurality of points forming respective reversely turned X-ray routes on a sinogram formed by the transmission data of a subject to alter the imaginary center of rotation to calculate the imaginary center of rotation, which imparts the best correlation as a center-of-rotation position.
