<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image generating device for increasing entertainingness. <P>SOLUTION: An image information storage part 202 stores image information for specifying a scenery image including a traveling path arranged in a virtual space. An operation input accepting part 201 accepts an operation input toward a virtual vehicle traveling on the traveling path. Then, a traveling condition managing part 203 manages the traveling condition of the virtual vehicle based on the accepted operation input. On the other hand, a load calculating part 205 calculates a load to be added to a virtual operator based on the managed traveling condition. Also, an image generating part 204 generates a visual field image viewed from the vehicle by the virtual operator based on the stored image information and the managed traveling condition.
