PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a spreading of a fastener or a holding means to connect the fastener when an airbag adds pressure. SOLUTION: The fastener 100 is composed of Stringer tapes 102 fixed along the edges of an opening part 23 of a seat cover that store the airbag. Each of the Stringer tapes 102 has an array of engaging elements 104 to fit with the mating fitting element 104 to connect with the Stringer tapes 102. The fitting element connecting area has a strong power to connect but the end of the connected fitting element 104 is easy to separate. The fastener 100 includes a holding means 115 to connect and hold the tapes 102 at a predetermined position in the middle of the fastener 100. It enables the holding means 115 to go off or displace when the fitting element 104 goes off, the fastener 100 opens, and the airbag 30 expands more on the outside of the seat by the expanding pressure of the airbag 30 in an automobile collision.
