LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY PANEL, AND METHOD OF SUPPRESSING DISPLAY SPECKLE OF LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display panel whose display speckles can be suppressed and to provide a method of suppressing the display speckles. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display panel has a number of pixels arranged in a prescribed form. Each of pixels has a pixel capacitance part consisting of a transistor controlling charge and discharge to the pixel, a pixel electrode layer connected to the transistor and a counter electrode layer provided so that at least a part of the counter electrode layer is opposed to the pixel electrode layer via a liquid crystal and an auxiliary capacitance part consisting of the pixel electrode layer, a bus line layer and an intermediate electrode layer positioned therebetween. At least a part of the bus line layer is provided so as to be opposed to the pixel electrode via an insulating layer and at least a part of the intermediate electrode layer is provided so as to be opposed to the bus line layer via an insulating layer. The pixel electrode layers and the intermediate electrode layers are electrically connected to each other in a portion of the pixels and are insulated from each other in the other portion of the pixels.
