ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DIODE DISPLAY

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved OLED display in which an optical sensor is integrated in a solid state element type OLED flat panel display. SOLUTION: This organic light emitting diode (OLED) display includes the optical sensor for detecting a light emission by a light emitting layer disposed under a transparent window by (a) a transparent electrode, (b) a reflective electrode having a transparent window, (c) a light emitting layer disposed between the transparent electrode and the reflective electrode and (d) the light emitting layer disposed under the transparent window of the reflective electrode. Thus, the OLED display for providing a means for performing the optical output measurement of the OLED display device is obtained while the optical output is maximized. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
