PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a static eliminator mounted on a cart moving on a floor face or a road face and releasing the static electricity charged on the cart, with reduced contact resistance with a floor face or a road face, keeping a stable contact resistance with the floor face or the road face even if a course direction is changed. SOLUTION: The static eliminator is provided with a contact part 6 composed of a columnar conductive material, contacting with the floor face or the road face, and a connecting part 4 electrically connecting the contact part 6 and the cart 1 so that the round face part 8 of the contact part 6 contact with the floor face or the road face.
