PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial connector aiming at a reduction of size and an improvement of high frequency property. SOLUTION: The coaxial connector comprises a terminal 54 to a front end side of which, a mate side connector 52 is to be connected, and a central conductor 58 of a coaxial cable 53 is connected to a base end side thereof; an insulation body 55 arranged at the outside of the terminal 54 and holding the same; and an outside conductor arranged at the outside of the insulation body 55. The terminal 54 is arranged so as to be able to clamp the terminal 54 of the mate side connector 52, or to be clamped by a terminal 81 of the mate side connector 52.
