PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a fire alarm device which can enhance throughput. SOLUTION: When the trailing edge of a pulse waveform signal is detected in carrying out processing of condition monitoring of a sensor while receiving a pulse waveform signal from the sensor, a repeater 20 executes processes for signal transmission to a receiver (steps 101-110) until detecting a leading edge of the next pulse waveform after the detection of the trailing edge.
