PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the uniformity of the wall thickness of a final product by preventing an air stay clearance from being formed between a parison and a blank mold. SOLUTION: The blank mold 1 has a contouring surface 2 that molds gobs G into a parison of a specified side peripheral shape and has an abutting face 3 of a specified width B on each side of the contouring surface 2 and is characterized in that an air escape passage 9 that communicates the inside of an air stay clearance shape 6 forming an air stay clearance 8 with the outside of the abutting face 3 is formed on that position of the abutting face 3 which coincides with the air stay shape 6 inside the contouring surface 2 during parison molding.
