PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handrail for a toilet allowing a physically disabled person such as the elderly to stably perform a series of actions such as approaching to the toilet, standing from a toilet seat after relieving nature, and leaving from the toilet. SOLUTION: This handrail for the toilet is installed on a wall surface in the side of the toilet in a toilet space in the front/rear direction in an approximately horizontal direction to the floor surface. This handrail is provided with a first handrail part installed in the side of the toilet and a second handrail part connected to the front part of the first handrail part via a level difference part and installed in a position higher than the first handrail part.
