PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated common mode choke coil in which a normal mode impedance is lowered. SOLUTION: A first inner conductor 31 connected to continue a first upper conductor 31a and a first lower conductor 31b via a first through hole 22a, and a second inner conductor 32 connected to continue a second upper conductor 32a and a second lower conductor 32b via a second through hole 22b, are formed in the same length. A non-magnetic insulating material layer 20 includes a non-magnetic insulating material 22 having the first upper conductor 31a disposed at an outside and the second upper conductor 32a disposed on the inside, so that one turn or more are provided so as not to be short circuited, and a non-magnetic insulating material 23 having the first lower conductor 32a disposed on the outside and the second lower conductor 32b disposed on the inside so that one turn or more are provided so as not to be short circuited, and which are sequentially laminated from above.
