PURPOSE: A voice message communication network using a CDPD(Cellular Digital Packet Data) communication network and a communication terminal thereof are provided to add a voice mail server to a CDPD communication network, and to enable the CDPD communication network to relay a voice message transmitted between mobile subscribers, then to add a voice processing circuit to an existing mobile communication terminal, thereby easily realizing a voice message communication terminal. CONSTITUTION: A CDPD communication network(30) relays data to be transmitted between mobile subscriber terminals(32a,32b) and an external communication network(42) and data to be transmitted between the mobile subscriber terminals(32a,32b). The CDPD communication network(30) consists of at least more than two MDBSs(Mobile Data Base Stations)(34a-34c), at least more than two MDISs(Mobile Data Intermediate Systems)(36a,36b) connected to at least more than one MDBS, at least more than three NISs(Normal Intermediate Systems)(38a-38d) connected to one of at least more than two MDISs and the external communication network, and the first voice mail servo connected to one of at least more than three NISs.
