PURPOSE: Drainage structure of a cowl panel of a vehicle is provided to prevent water from coming into the room of the vehicle and to prevent the combining surface from being rusted. CONSTITUTION: In drainage structure of a cowl panel of a vehicle, a cowl side upper outer panel(5) and a cowl side upper inner panel(5') with a predetermined gap from the cowl side upper outer panel are combined to the sides of a cowl panel and a drainage hole(6) is formed between the bottom of a cowl lower outer panel(3) and the cowl side upper inner panel. The cowl panel has a cavity(C) of a closed section inside. A dash panel(7) is combined to the cowl lower outer panel and side panels(8) are combined to the opposite sides of the cowl side upper outer panels of the sides of the cowl lower outer panel and a wire ring(10) is installed. Water guide plates(20) are projected on the ends of the bottom of the cowl lower outer panel. Holes(22) are formed at positions corresponding to the water guide plates of the cowl side upper outer panel. The water guide plates are inserted in the holes. An uneven part is formed to the water guide plate.
