<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ink jet recording paper having a high ink absorption property without generating deterioration in image quality such as decrease in density, bleeding, beading in printing by pigment ink. <P>SOLUTION: An ink jet receptive layer is composed of at least two layers.
