<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high-performance flame resistant fiber fabric and to provide a method for stably producing a carbon fiber fabric suitable as an electrode for a fuel cell from the flame resistant fiber fabric in high productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The flame resistant fiber fabric has 50-200 g/m<SP>2</SP>weight per area, 0.3-0.8 g/cm<SP>3</SP>bulk density, 0.01-0.5 mm thickness at 0.15 MPa surface pressure and ≤0.1 mm difference between thickness at 0.15 MPa surface pressure and thickness at 1.0 MPa surface pressure. The carbon fiber fabric has 30-180 g/m<SP>2</SP>weight per area, 0.2-0.75 g/cm<SP>3</SP>bulk density, 0.1-0.5 mm thickness at 0.15 MPa surface pressure and ≤0.1 mm difference between thickness at 0.15 MPa surface pressure and thickness at 1.0 MPa surface pressure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
