<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain oxide powder having a perovskite structure having increased tetragonality and crystallinity with respect to the specific surface area and having a uniform particle diameter. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing oxide powder having a perovskite structure includes processes of: preparing at least two or more kinds of main source material powder; mixing the above at least two or more kinds of main source material powder; and calcining the mixed at least two or more kinds of main source material powder. The calcining process of the main source powder is carried out in the calcination atmosphere containing oxygen by controlling the partial pressure of oxygen to 3×10<SP>4</SP>Pa to 2×10<SP>5</SP>Pa. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
