<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing method of a ball-point pen tip solving the problems that the blurring of a writing line, the leakage of ink and the hindrance of the rotation of a ball are prevented by hardly allowing cut chips included in cutting oil to enter a ball-point pen tip. <P>SOLUTION: In a discharging method after the formation of the shape of the ball-point pen tip, the ball-point pen tip is discharged to a receiving basket headed its end opposite to the ball so as not to open the rear end opening part of the ball-point pen tip towards the flowing direction of the cutting powder in the cutting oil, resulting in making the cut chip comparatively hard to enter the ball-point pen tip and the colliding chance of the tip (the ball side) of the ball-point pen tip against other members or the like is made as small as possible. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
