<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system wherein technical information necessary for system design/construction is unitarily acquired, and necessary hard/soft products are collectively purchased. <P>SOLUTION: The ubiquitous community service system comprises: a server 3 connected to various Internet terminals 1, various purchase receiving systems 7 through networks 2, 6; and a database 4 for storing technical information obtained by various inspection environment facilities 5.
