<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the maintenance of data marts and enable users to retain and refer to the desired data marts. <P>SOLUTION: A CWH server 16, which from a CWH (central warehouse) 20 creates a data mart for each user on the basis of rules of constructing data marts and provides the data mart to each user, comprises a data providing condition DB 30 for storing data providing conditions for specifying a group of data that can be provided among data about users; a sampling control part 32 which in accordance with a user's request presents the other users' data providing conditions related to the request and specifies the group of data desired by the user according to responses thereto; and a data mart creating part 26 which creates the user's data mart from the CWH 20 on the basis of the user's new rules of constructing data marts according to the information specified by the sampling control part 32.
